Sandbox Submission is a paid feature. Enabling the feature requires 7 credits per targeted endpoint.
You can configure TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agents to submit file objects that might contain previously unidentified threats to a cloud based virtual sandbox for further analysis. After assessing the objects, TrendAI Vision One™ adds any objects found to contain unknown threats to the Suspicious Objects lists and distributes the lists to other TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agents throughout the network. You can view the analysis results in Sandbox Analysis.
Suspicious files include any of the following:
  • Programs not known to TrendAI™ (downloaded through supported web browsers or email channels)
  • Files detected heuristically, downloaded through supported web browsers or email channels
  • Low prevalence autorun programs on removable storage

Procedure

  1. To enable Sandbox Submission, select Send suspicious files to a virtual sandbox for analysis.
