Yes, your credits expire when the contract term of your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license ends. When your credits expire, you must renew your license to continue using
TrendAI Vision One™.
After your last valid license expires, you eventually lose access to the TrendAI Vision One™ console:

30 days before expiration, you receive a notification that your credits are about to expire.

On the expiration date, your license expires, and a 30-day grace period begins. During the grace period, you can access the TrendAI Vision One™ console as usual.

After the grace period ends, a 30-day lock period begins. During the lock period, you cannot access the TrendAI Vision One™ console via browser or API and receive no notifications, but your account remains recoverable.

After the lock period ends, Trend Micro purges all your account data.
To retain access to your TrendAI Vision One™ console and data, renew your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license before the end of the lock period.
